Pole 360 Wellness

Learn to spin, climb, invert, and move gracefully around the pole with Unlimited Pole Dance and Ground classes.

Our Pole Dance 360 Wellness Program gives you unlimited access to pole dance classes over the course of 30 days. You’ll work on the basic pole dance movements on the pole while developing the necessary upper body and core strength to help you progress climbing and inverting. 

Challenge yourself with Pole Play Basics, and Pole Flow. Get comfortable being upside-down in Find My Handstand, and become more limber in our 90-minute Flexibility classes!

We encourage students to take at least two classes a week. Your goal is to finish 30 hours of classes in a three-month time span. Once you’ve completed 30 hours, your coach will help you continue your practice by challenging you with more advanced positions and movements. 

The 200-hour advanced program gives you an opportunity to become a teaching assistant upon completion.
