Emily’s teaching journey started with Taekwondo. As a 3rd-degree black belt and instructor, she experienced firsthand that community, movement, and dedication can change lives. She now brings this ideology to pole.
Emily’s goal at Yoga Pole is to create a space where people can grow stronger, have a great time, and connect with an empowering community.
When Emily’s not at Yoga Pole, you can find her doing acroyoga, eating vegetarian food, and working at a startup to help companies build company culture.
